Dispositivo para impedir la entrada de agua en motores de combustión que lleven instalado un filtro racor separador de agua en el circuito de alimentación de combustible, el cual va separando el agua mezclada con el combustible y acumulándola en un receptáculo al efecto; caracterizado porque comprende un sensor que se instala en el receptáculo del filtro racor, el cual detecta la acumulación de agua, generando una señal que llega a un módulo electrónico, el cual genera un aviso acústico y/o luminoso y corta el suministro eléctrico a la electrobomba de alimentación de combustible, lo que produce la detención del motor mientras no se purgue el agua del receptáculo del filtro racor.
