Abstract

1. Cápsula con precinto de ruptura caracterizado porque la cápsula (1) presenta una forma esencialmente cilíndrica que tiene en su parte superior un reborde (1.3) que rodea al tapón (3) de forma concéntrica, disponiendo una parte lineal de longitud igual al grosor del tapón (3), para luego disponer un rebaje o hendidura (1.1) que tiene en su parte inferior una línea de trepado (1.2) dispuesta en torno al cuello de la botella, mientras que el precinto de ruptura (2) se ha dispuesto de forma longitudinal desde el inferior de la cápsula (1) hasta el borde superior (1.3) que rodea al tapón (3), quedando unido el precinto (2) al resto de la cápsula por unas líneas de trepado (2.1), y que presenta en su parte central una banda de color (2.2).
