Cuenta con un cuerpo en fundición gris, bridas de entrada y salida rectangulares, tapas laterales en chapa de acero con soportes de rodamiento exteriores, cajas de empaquetadura profundas, preparadas para obturación por anillo neumático, rotor en mecanosoldadura con paletas biseladas, presiones diferenciales de cierre de 0,7 kgs/cm2, accionamiento por motoreductor de engrase permanente acoplado en el aparato, transmisión por cadena y ruedas dentada, y con pintura de acabado en esmalte exterior e imprimación interior.
