Abstract

1. Un paquete para cigarrillos, el cual comprende un cuerpo de cartón para contener cigarrillos, cuyo cuerpo de cartón tiene una primera pared principal, en oposición a la cual hay una segunda pared principal, como también una pared inferior, en oposición a la cual hay una pared superior, y paredes laterales situadas opuestas entre sí, por lo que el cuerpo de cartón es tal que los cigarrillos quedan de pie sobre la pared inferior y se extienden en dirección de la pared superior, caracterizado porque la primera pared principal está libre en girar alrededor de una línea de bisagra situada en el área de la pared inferior, de tal manera que la primera pared principal esté libre de girar entre una posición cerrada en la que la primera pared principal es esencialmente paralela a la segunda pared principal y el cuerpo de cartón está esencialmente cerrado, y una posición abierta en la que la primera pared principal mira oblicuamente hacia fuera con relación a la segunda pared principal y se crea una abertura en el cuerpo de cartón entre la pared superior y la primera pared principal para la retirada de los cigarrillos, por lo que en el lado de la segunda pared principal el paquete está provisto de un pulsador operable, el cual, preferiblemente, puede ser hecho funcionar con un solo dedo, cuyo pulsador está en contacto con la primera pared principal giratoria de tal manera que, al apretar el pulsador, la primera pared principal gira desde la posición cerrada a la posición abierta.
