Abstract

1. Válvula reguladora de presión, que siendo especialmente aplicable a ollas a presión y teniendo como finalidad permitir establecer al menos tres situaciones de trabajo, una de descompresión, otra de funcionamiento a baja presión y otra de funcionamiento a alta presión, se caracteriza por estar constituida a partir de una chimenea tubular, básicamente cilíndrica, dotada en su extremidad inferior de un sector roscado destinado a atravesar la tapa de la olla y a fijarse inamoviblemente a la misma con la colaboración de una tuerca, y a nivel intermedio de un sector poligonal a través del que se acopla a dicha chimenea una leva, dotada de un orificio axial así mismo poligonal, que la inmoviliza en sentido angular con respecto a la chimenea, permitiendo su desplazamiento axial, estableciéndose entre la chimenea y leva un resorte que tiende a proyectar permanentemente la leva contra la tapa de la olla y complementándose este conjunto con un mando a modo de cazoleta acoplable a la leva, para su accionamiento mutuo, cuyo mando incorporando en su base superior y cerrada un cono central que actúa sobre la extremidad superior y abierta de la chimenea, como elemento obturador.
