Abstract

1. Elemento ornamental plegable y escamoteable, estando constituido el elemento ornamental por una estrella de tres puntas circunscrita en un cuerpo anular, cuyo elemento ornamental se corresponde con un signo distintivo de un fabricante de vehículos automóviles en los que se monta, caracterizado porque el elemento (1) ornamental plegable y escamoteable, como primer signo distintivo, está definido por una estrella (2) de tres puntas circunscrita en un cuerpo (3) anular articulado, cuyo cuerpo (3) anular se constituye por una serie de tramos (4) arqueados, simétricos respecto de su eje central vertical, y unidos giratoriamente entre sí, estando el citado elemento (1) ornamental asociado a un segundo signo distintivo (15) definido por un cuerpo de chapa, estando dotado de medios para mantener el elemento (1) ornamental en posición de plegado, medios para el posicionamiento alterno escamoteado del elemento (1) ornamental y del segundo signo distintivo (15), medios para la exposición alterna visible del elemento (1) ornamental y del segundo signo distintivo (15) definido por un cuerpo de chapa, y medios para el accionamiento y desplazamiento del elemento (1) ornamental y del cuerpo de chapa asociado a él, para su exposición y escamoteado alterno.
