Abstract
1. Estructura para construcción de viviendas, tanto unifamiliares como multifamiliares, en las que participa un componente vertical con estructura de cajón prismático sometido a carga axial de compresión, un primer componente horizontal formado por al menos una losa de cimentación y un segundo componente horizontal formado por una losa de forjado o de techo, estando una y otra losa armadas en dos direcciones, caracterizada porque el componente vertical presenta paredes que están estribadas verticalmente a intervalos de al menos 18 veces el espesor de las paredes, con un distanciamiento entre componentes horizontales que a su vez está comprendido entre 11 y 13 veces el espesor de la pared, habiéndose previsto que dichas paredes se materialicen en muros longitudinales y transversales que están formados por bloques entrabados verticalmente por medio de mortero, formando elementos portantes materializados en trabas estructurales con una sección del orden de 16 x 10 cm, distanciadas entre sí unamagnitud de 40 cm, con la particularidad de que las paredes están estribadas vertical y horizontalmente a intervalos no mayores de los 20 cm de espesor de los bloques, y donde adicionalmente la estribación vertical está constituida por paredes transversales con intervalos no mayores de 4 m, mientras que la estribación horizontal está formada por losas.
