Abstract

1. Mampara para ducha o bañera, mejorada, del tipo que consta de al menos un panel fijo (1) y un panel móvil (3) apoyado y corredero respectivamente, sobre unas guías inferiores (7), caracterizado esencialmente porque dichos paneles están instalados bajo un tubo telescópico superior (5) compuesto por una parte fija (5a) fijada por un extremo a una pared (15) mediante un soporte (13) y en la que está sujeto el citado panel fijo (1) por su lado superior mediante unas pinzas (9, 17), y por al menos una parte móvil (5b) que se extiende o repliega telescópicamente y en la que está sujeto el panel corredero (3) mediante otra pinza (19), estando constituidas dichas guías inferiores (7) por una acanaladura (7a) en la que encaja el lado inferior de aquel panel fijo (1) y por una pista (7b), al menos, por la que es deslizable, mediante ruedas (25), el lado inferior del panel corredero (3).
