Abstract
1. Reactor biológico para tratamiento de aguas residuales, que pudiendo purificar tanto aguas residuales domésticas como industriales, y basándose en un tratamiento aerobio de lecho fijo, para poder llevar a cabo una depuración simultánea del agua residual de entrada y los lodos producidos durante dicha depuración, se caracteriza porque se constituye a partir de un contenedor en la que están establecidas una pluralidad de secciones comunicadas hidráulicamente entre sí de forma correlativa, habiéndose previsto en cada sección una serie de telas en disposición vertical, que quedan dispuestas perpendicularmente al sentido de flujo de las aguas y a las paredes que separan las distintas secciones, con la particularidad de que sobre la parte inferior e interna de cada sección se han previsto unos difusores de aire determinantes de un medio de aireación para llevar a cabo una agitación que evita la decantación de cualquier partícula, así como crear un ambiente aerobio que acelera la transformaciónbiológica de la materia contaminante en no contaminante.
