Abstract
1. Máquina para hacer alojamientos para pernios, caracterizada porque está constituida a partir de un chasis (1) de soporte de una bancada (2) provista de guías templadas de alta precisión y patines con cuatro hileras de bolas con apriete c2, a los que está vinculada una regleta (3) portadora de los motores (4) para mecanizado simultáneo de todos los alojamientos para pernios, disponiendo de cuatro plantillas (16, 17): dos para mecanizar los alojamientos en los bastidores y otras dos para las puertas u hojas, estando una de cada tipo alejada longitudinalmente de las otras para optimizar la precisión en el mecanizado; existiendo sobre la bancada (2) unas pletinas (9) en voladizo que definen un tope superior para el posicionado correcto, en un plano vertical, tanto para hojas cómo para bastidores, y que la profundidad del mecanizado sea idéntica en ambos casos.
