Abstract
1. Elemento decorativo, aplicable a la construcción de decoraciones exteriores, interiores y cerramientos, entre otros, con aspecto de cañas de bambú; caracterizado porque cuenta con una pluralidad de segmentos principales (1), cada uno de ellos conformado como un cuerpo cilíndrico con un hueco pasante (2) que comunica sus dos bases, mientras que su superficie lateral proporciona un área esmaltable o decorable (4); conectándose dicha pluralidad en sentido longitudinal con unos medios de fijación y a través de los correspondientes huecos pasantes (2) de los segmentos (1) que componen al elemento decorativo. 2. Elemento decorativo, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque dichos segmentos principales se realizan con material cerámico (3). 3. Elemento decorativo, según la reivindicación 1 ó 2, caracterizado porque ese hueco pasante (2) es un hueco cilíndrico y coaxial al correspondiente segmento principal (1). 4. Elemento decorativo, según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizado porque dichos medios de fijación se seleccionan entre: unos medios de fijación a suelo que posibilitan diversas sucesiones en vertical de segmentos principales, cada una de ellas con igual o distinta altura que las restantes; unos medios de fijación a suelo y a techo que posibilitan, entre otros, cerramientos, ornamentación de ventanales y barreras en escaleras; y unos medios de fijación en horizontal que se aplican entre dos paredes verticales y que también posibilitan, entre otros, cerramientos y ornamentación de ventanales. 5. Elemento decorativo, según la reivindicación 4, caracterizado porque dichos medios de fijación incluyen al menos un tubo interior (7) que atraviesa la correspondiente sucesión de segmentos (1), unas arandelas intermedias y finales (9) que se aplican en las bases de los segmentos (1) y unos cuerpos de fijación a suelo, techo y paredes, que comprenden tornillos, tacos, tuercas y arandelas (8). 6.
