ENVASE EXPOSITOR DE PRODUCTOS DESCRIPCIÓN Envase expositor de productos OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓN 5 El objeto de la presente invención se refiere a un novedoso envase de cartón, cartón corrugado o cualquier otro tipo de materiales planos tales como planchas de plásticos, resinas u otros, destinado a contener productos que requieran de una buena protección de posibles golpes y caídas. Algunos ejemplos de estos productos son huevos, frutas de alta calidad, cosméticos, bombones, etc… 10 Para la realización de este envase se partiría de una única placa de cartón corrugado o cualquier otro material similar que puede variar el espesor según su uso. En dicha placa se realizarían unos cortes a la medida que fuera necesaria para cada tipo de producto. Una vez realizados los cortes se realizaría el plegado del cartón, creando los diferentes subapartados para cada producto. Cada subapartado estaría formado por un pliegue 15 inferior(1) y superior(3), que aseguran la posición del producto, y un pliegue intermedio(2) que abraza el producto para evitar su movimiento. Además, este envase, aparte de proteger al producto y facilitar el transporte, tiene una amplia variedad de usos y posiciones. Así, se puede disponer en horizontal o vertical, abierto o cerrado. Si se dispone en vertical y abierto se convierte en un llamativo y 20 original expositor. PROBLEMA TÉCNICO A RESOLVER Y ANTECEDENTES. En el caso de los huevos, los envases usados son las tradicionalmente conocidos como hueveras. Estas protegen el producto y facilitan el transporte y el almacenaje. Normalmente se hacen con pasta papelera aunque hoy en día se empiezan a hacer con 25 resinas especiales o plásticos. Sin embargo, es habitual encontrarse huevos con ligeras fracturas lo que hace que pierda todas sus propiedades. Además, la huevera tradicional carece de un sistema que asegure la disposición de ellas una sobre otra y que encajen entre sí, es decir, que sean apilables. El “Envase expositor de productos” objeto de la invención incluye notables mejoras 30 respecto a los envases tradicionales partiendo de una disposición sencilla de cortes y dobleces fácilmente adaptables a diversos productos. Algunas de las ventajas de esta invención se citan a continuación: La posible disposición del envase expositor tanto en horizontal como en vertical. Si se dispone en vertical y abierto es un expositor que permite mostrar el producto. 35 Es apilable, es decir, se puede apilar un envase sobre otro sin dificultad. Se puede adaptar fácilmente a diversos productos. Protege al producto. Su diseño inicial está pensado para la realización en cartón dada su facilidad de reciclado, aunque no se descarta el uso de otros materiales. Es fácil de transportar vacío ya que es una única placa de material. 5 Posee unas pestañas de cierre que al doblarlas se insertan por unas perforaciones, posteriormente las pestañas se desdoblan cerrando así el envase. DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN La presente invención se refiere a un envase para productos que parte de una única placa de material que mediante pliegues crea los subapartados pertinentes. En la figura 10 1. se marcan las diferentes partes: 1.Pliegue inferior. 2.Pliegue intermedio. 3.Pliegue superior. 4.Cierre macho. 15 5.Cierre hembra. 6.Sujeción media para el cierre (6a hembra, 6b macho) 7.Solapas de apilado. El envase se obtiene en base a los dobleces principales que fuerzan al material a plegarse generando los pliegues inferiores(1), los pliegues intermedios(2) y los pliegues 20 superiores(3). BREVE DESCRIPCIÓN DE LAS FIGURAS En las figuras que se muestran a continuación se expone el caso de su aplicación para hueveras de 12 unidades, aunque se ha recalcado que esta invención se puede adaptar a 25 otros productos y cantidades. Figura 1. En esta figura se aprecia la placa de cartón antes de realizar los dobleces. Como se puede apreciar, todo el envase parte de una única placa de material en la cual se han realizado cortes en diversas zonas. Estos cortes originan los pliegues(1)(2)(3), los cierres (4)(5), la 30 sujeción media (6a)(6b) y las solapas de apilado (7). La mayoría de estos elementos (los pliegues, la sujeción media y las solapas) siguen un patrón repetitivo. En esta imagen se observa el caso del envase expositor de productos conteniendo seis huevos en su zona central. Se puede ver como los pliegues inferior(1) y superior(3) se encargan de fijar la posición del producto en un eje mientras que el pliegue intermedio(2) abraza el producto para evitar su movimiento en el eje perpendicular. Las dimensiones de estos pliegues y su separación entre sí se adaptará en función de la 5 forma y el tamaño del producto. Figura 3. En esta figura se puede observar el proceso de doblado del envase. Una vez se han insertado los productos de la zona media se puede proceder a plegar las zonas laterales insertando los productos. Para ello se pliega el pliegue inferior(1) y el intermedio(2), se 10 coloca el producto y se pliega el superior(3). Se puede automatizar, plegando (1) y (2), dejando caer el producto, y volviendo a plegar el (1) y (2) del siguiente subapartado. Al plegar el (1) del apartado contiguo hemos generado el pliegue superior(3) del anterior, fijando el producto. Figura 4. 15 Al abrir y colocar en vertical el envase expositor de productos se genera un llamativo expositor que permite ver directamente el producto. La base es sólida y permite su sustentación sin problemas. Se puede volver a cerrar sin tener que quitar ni poner piezas.
