Abstract
1. Indicador de posición de los movimientos de órganos o elementos de una máquina herramienta, del tipo que comprende un cuerpo (1) de numerador, contenido superior y lateralmente dentro de una caja (2) e inferiormente por una base (7), poseyendo el cuerpo (1) un orificio central (3) para alojamiento de un árbol, una pantalla de visualización de la posición (4), un circuito electrónico impreso (9), el cual está conectado a un anillo magnético (11) previsto sobre el citado árbol y asociado a un par de sensores de lectura del movimiento de dicho anillo (11), un hueco (10) de alojamiento de una batería (6) de alimentación del citado circuito electrónico impreso (9) y un armazón (12) de protección de los elementos internos del citado cuerpo (1), sobre cuya parte superior es retenida en acoplamiento una junta (13) de base invertida, caracterizado por el hecho de que están previstos medios de perfecta estanqueidad contra el polvo y contra la inmersión temporal en agua.

Por la naturaleza del dispositivo, y por su funcionamiento normal, el número de indicadores de posición “auxiliares” que se conectan a un único dispositivo “master” puede variar de 1 a 256 operativos simultáneamente.
Para permitir la correcta comunicación, la red de indicadores de posición que dirige los datos a una máquina única trabaja sobre el canal de frecuencia específico, que puede ser programado sobre los elementos master y auxiliares. Usualmente, el canal está asociado con el número de serie de la máquina, para tener de ese modo la certeza de que la red no interfiere con las redes de la máquina dispuestas en las proximidades.
Por norma, la comunicación utiliza intervalos de frecuencia ISM libres para dispositivos SRD.
El intercambio de información entre Auxiliar y Master es exclusivamente digital y seguro. De ese modo, se tiene la certeza de que no se pueda efectuar la transmisión de datos falsos. Una posible interferencia cualquiera que ha tenido origen en una fuente externa o en líneas eléctricas es sometida a un filtro y es excluida.
Se han obtenido por lo tanto los objetos prefijados: ante todo se ha realizado un dispositivo compacto, sólido y capaz de garantizar la perfecta estanqueidad contra el polvo y contra la inmersión temporal en agua, gracias al ocular aislamiento de las áreas en riesgo de penetración de líquido y polvo y a la adecuada disposición de los componentes, capaces de soportar las estrictas problemáticas constructivas. En particular, se ha obtenido un indicador de posición que está en disposición de satisfacer todas las propiedades por las cuales sea clasificado como IP67.
En segundo lugar, se ha obtenido un indicador de posición que es capaz de transmitir y recibir informaciones en una red de telecomunicaciones, y en particular en una conexión con un dispositivo “master” asociado a un dispositivo huésped.
Se comprenderá fácilmente que la descripción ha sido efectuada con referencia a una variante particular, y a una utilización específica, de dispositivo según el modelo.
En cualquier caso, se comprenderá que la protección del modelo de utilidad descrito anteriormente no debe considerarse limitada a la variante particular ilustrada, sino que se extiende a todas las otras variantes constructivas, técnicamente equivalentes.
