Abstract

1. Manguera flexible extensible para transportar líquidos, especialmente agua, que comprende: - al menos una capa interior (10) hecha de un primer material polimérico elástico; - al menos una capa exterior (20) hecha de un segundo material polimérico elástico; - al menos una capa (30, 40) de refuerzo textil dispuesta entre dichas al menos una capa interior (10) y al menos una capa exterior (20); en la que dichas al menos una capa interior (10) y al menos una capa exterior (20) están conectadas recíprocamente para formar un elemento (50) tubular unitario, estando integrada dicha al menos una capa (30, 40) de refuerzo textil en el mismo (50); en la que dicho elemento (50) tubular unitario tiene una elasticidad para alargarse y agrandarse automáticamente con la presión funcional provocada por el líquido que circula a través del mismo a efectos de aumentar su longitud y su diámetro originales, respectivamente, y para recuperarse automáticamente una vez la presión funcional desaparece a efectos de adoptar nuevamente dicha longitud y diámetro originales; en la que dicha al menos una capa (30, 40) de refuerzo textil es susceptible de moverse entre una configuración de reposo que tiene cuando ningún líquido circula a través del elemento (50) tubular unitario y una configuración funcional que tiene cuando dicho elemento (50) tubular unitario se alarga y se agranda con la presión funcional; en la que dicho elemento (50) tubular unitario y dicha al menos una capa (30, 40) de refuerzo textil cooperan entre sí de modo que, con una presión funcional de 2 bares, la manguera es susceptible de aumentar su longitud al menos 1,5 veces con respecto a su longitud original.
