Abstract

Bandeja para servicio de carnes aves y pescados que se caracteriza porque en la zona central del plano de la bandeja tiene una meseta en relieve sobre la que se encuentran fijados unos salientes punzantes donde se coloca la carne ave o pescado a servir; en uno de los extremos este plano tiene embutidas unas concavidades donde se depositan los productos que componen la guarnición separadas por un lomo y limitadas exteriomente por el borde de la bandeja y en el otro extremo una concavidad receptora de la grasa o jugo que desprende la carne ave o pescado asi mismo limitada por el borde de la bandeja.
