Abstract

1. Envase apilable que comprende cuerpos laminares separados que forman: - una base (1) que tiene lados paralelos opuestos y lengüetas (4) dispuestas en bordes de los lados paralelos opuestos; - un primer par de paredes laterales (2) que tienen lengüetas superiores (9) situadas en bordes superiores del primer par de paredes laterales (2), además, ranuras adicionales (5') están situadas cerca de los bordes laterales del primer par de paredes laterales (2); - un segundo par de paredes laterales (3) que tienen lengüetas superiores (8) situadas en bordes superiores del segundo par de paredes laterales (3), incluyendo los bordes laterales del segundo par de paredes laterales (3) otras lengüetas adicionales (4'); en el que el primer par de paredes laterales (2) y el segundo par de paredes laterales (3) comprenden, cerca de sus bordes inferiores, unas ranuras (5) en las que encajan las lengüetas (4) de la base de forma suplementaria como una extensión de las mismas, encajando las lengüetas adicionales (4') del segundo par de paredes laterales (3) en las ranuras adicionales (5') del primer par de paredes laterales (2), teniendo las lengüetas (4-4') topes de retención en forma de arpón que se enganchan sobre áreas adyacentes a los extremos de las ranuras (5-5'); caracterizado porque - el envase apilable comprende además un elemento plano superior (10, 10', 10'') que tiene primeras ranuras (12) situadas en posiciones correspondientes a las lengüetas superiores (9) del primer par de paredes laterales (2), y segundas ranuras (11) situadas en posiciones correspondientes a las lengüetas superiores (8) del segundo par de paredes laterales (3), - encajando las lengüetas superiores (9) del primer par de paredes laterales (2) en las primeras ranuras (12) del elemento plano superior (10, 10', 10'') y encajando las lengüetas superiores (8) del segundo un par de paredes laterales (3) en las segundas ranuras (11) del elemento plano superior (10, 10', 10''), de manera que el elemento plano superior (10, 10', 10'') encaja en el primer y el segundo par de paredes laterales (2, 3) y que está configurado para soportar un envase apilable superior cuando está apilado, además las lengüetas (4, 4') comprenden - una primera porción de anchura constante unida a uno respectivo de la base (1) y del segundo par de paredes laterales (3), - una segunda porción de anchura variada unida a la primera porción, teniendo la segunda porción una anchura mayor que la primera porción, y - una ranura de retención que está definida entre un borde de la respectiva base (1) y el segundo par de paredes laterales (3) y un borde de la segunda parte que está más próximo al borde de la respectiva base (1) y al segundo par de paredes laterales (3).
