Abstract

Alimentador de productos granulares y similares, especialmente para máquinas de extrusionar e inyectar materias plásticas, caracterizado por comprender los siguientes elementos en combinación entre sí: una turbina de aire de eje vertical, alojada en la cámara de aspiración definida, por un disco inferior cuyo orificio central constituye la boca de aspiración de dicha turbina, y una tapa superior apoyada y sujeta al disco mediante varios soportes de sección aerodinámica, y entre cuya superficie lateral y el borde del disco inferior se define la boca de impulsión; un electromotor de eje vertical para accionamiento de la turbina, directamente acoplado a ella y sujeto a la tapa de la cámara de aspiración; una tolva de recogida de material de forma cilíndrica y fondo troncocónico, sujeta por su boca superior al disco inferior de la cámara de aspiración mediante múltiples tornillos y con interposición de una junta de estanqueidad, y cuya boca inferior va acoplada a la máquina que debe alimentar;un tubo de aspiración cuyo extremo libre se acopla al recipiente exterior contenedor de material, el cual, atravesando la superficie lateral de la tolva penetra tangencialmente a la misma según un plano horizontal y, finalmente un filtro de aspiración constituido por un cilindro vertical, directamente acoplado a la boca de la cámara de aspiración, y cuya boca inferior sujeta mediante un juego de pletina y tornillos una tela filtrante.
