Dispositivo de suspensión, caracterizado por comprender una ballesta convenientemente doblada, que por una extremidad se fija a un soporte fijo al eje de las ruedas del vehículo y de cuya extremidad opuesta se suspende en forma articulada el chasis, y un muelle helicoidal, que actúa a expansión en sentido vertical apoyándose por su extremidad inferior sobre el propio soporte referido y por su extremidad superior contra un bloque amortiguador solidario del chasis, que conforma una cuna superior en la que encaja y contra la que se apoya la rama superior de la ballesta.
