Abstract

Elemento modular prefabricado para la construcción de edificios, de proporciones predeterminadas y rasgos que permiten su utilización como una unidad completa, independiente o como una porción repetida de un edificio, formando una pieza o una combinación de piezas para cualquier empleo, caracterizado en que todas las paredes verticales y al menos una pared horizontal del elemento son obtenidas en un solo vaciado mediante moldes adecuados permitiendo la prefabricación y con un tamaño modular fijo que puede estar preferentemente, caracterizado por una anchura interior de aproximadamente 3, 50 metros, resultando un elemento de vaciado monolítico, a modo de caja utilizable incluso meramente posado sobre el terreno.
