Abstract
Casquete perfeccionado para cierre de botellas y recipientes similares, tanto si el casquete hace asimismo de cierre como si está asociado a un cierre tal como tapón o similar, caracterizado porque en la primera modalidad, en la que el casquete tiene un faldón que se ciñe o trinca de otra manera sobre la boca del contenedor, se intercala una empaquetadura entre la zona de ceñido y la zona inmediata a la boca del contenedor, siendo dicha empaquetadura anular pero hendida o debilitada transversal y radialmente, y en correspondencia de uno de los extremos de la referida debilitación hay una solapa de agarre para que, tirando con suficiente fuerza de la misma se desliza hacia afuera la empaquetadura que queda así separada del faldón y por ello flojamente dispuesto el casquete sobra la boca del contenedor, y similarmente se procede al desgarre de la empaquetadura por dicha linea de debilitación en la segunda modalidad, con la única diferencia que esta empaquetadura que en este caso constituye parte integral del referido miembro de cierre a modo de tapón o similar, queda así separada del mismo.
