Cierre de seguridad para recipientes, con manguito de relleno, para la abertura de extracción del producto de un recipiente, comprendiendo una pieza de inserción sujetada en una pared del recipiente y una tapa de cierre asegurada en la pieza de inserción, caracterizado porque tanto la pieza de inserción (3) como la tapa de cierre (9, 18) presentan cada una un resalto de forma anular (8, 12) en el borde dispuesto alrededor del eje de la abertura del cierre, los cuales resaltos están dispuestos de tal modo entre al que la tapa de cierre está anclada de modo giratorio dentro de la pieza de inserción, y porque una de las dos piezas presenta cerca del resalto en el borde por lo menos una cuchilla (13) que atraviesa una parte débilmente configurada de la pieza de inserción o de la tapa de cierre de tal manera que al girar la tapa de cierre se separa el resalto en el borde, liberando la tapa de cierre.
