Abstract

Un pasa purés y estrujador de frutas caracterizado por constituirle un montante (1) que soporta a una tolva (6) de fondo (7) perforado y perfil circular algo desplazado hacia atrás, dentro de cuyo fondo puede girar, descentrado hasta contactar o casi contactar con la arista horizontal inferior de la pared posterior de la tolva, un tambor (9) que siendo hueco, presenta practicadas en su superficie entallas longitudinales (11-11') por las que pasan unos álabes respectivamente, que pudiendo desplazarse en sentido radial, están mantenidos con tendencia permanente a sobresalir de la superficie del tambor, por la acción de uno o más muelles (13, presentando esos álabes una base-tope (14-14'-) que impide su desacoplamiento, y una altura a propósito para actuar de palas de arrastre al rozar contra el fondo de la tolva, todo ello a propósito para que de manera simultánea, el tambor, por su excentricidad, actúe de elemento que presiona con fuerza progresiva contra el fondo perforado de la tolva, el material que arrastran los álabes citados.
