Abstract
Equipo de plasmaféresis, que consiste esencialmente en tres.bolsas intercomunicadas entre sí por tubos apropiados, en circuito cerrado, con terminales soldados por alta frecuencia y campanas protectoras de terminales, también soldadas por alta frecuencia; de cuyas bolsas, una está destinada a la extracción de sangre y contiene en su interior una pequeña cantidad de anticoagulante; otra bolsa está en vacío y está destinada a la recepción del plasma separado por la ulterior centrifugación de la bolsa anterior; y una tercera bolsa con solución glucosalina para la redisolución de los hematíes separados por la propia centrifugación contenidos también en la primera bolsa; estando protegidos con las campanas el primer terminal de tubo de la primera bolsa y la conexión entre las bolsas primera y tercera, a la vez que en situación de pre-utilización del equipo, se mantienen cerrados por estrangulación los tubos de comunicación entre la bolsa primera y las segunda y. tercera a la salida de aquélla, así como soldado por alta frecuencia el terminal libre de la bolsa tercera.
