Abstract

Panel para tapizado, que se compone de distintas planchas unidas entre si, de material esponjoso de distintas elasticidades, reduciéndose esta elasticidad de las distintas planchas partiendo de la superficie de asiento en dirección a la superficie de apoyo sobre los muelles, caracterizado por poseer una capa inferior de tejido de yute o similar sobre el que queda adherida una plancha de soporte densa, realizada a base de recortes de desperdicio de material esponjoso, y que está soldada a una plancha de material esponjoso homogéneo, mediante encolado o durante la fabricación, (proceso de espumado), por medio de un termoplástico y teniendo las dos planchas preferentemente el mismo componente base, por ejemplo isocianato.
