Abstract

Una tapa irrellenable para botellas de licor, caracterizada porque comprende: un mecanismo dé válvula que comprende un receptáculo de bola que puede ser asociado con el cuello de la botella, teniendo dicho receptáculo un asiento de válvula y el cual define, una abertura a través de la cual puede fluir el licor, contenido en la botella cuando se la inclina; y una bola situada en el receptáculo y adaptada para asentar en el asiento de válvula a fin de cerrar a la abertura cuando la botella se encuentra en posición vertical y que puede ser desasentada cuando se boltea a la botella para permitir el flujo de licor a través de dicha abertura; un casquete asociado con el receptáculo y adaptado para extenderse hacia arriba y hacia afuera desde el cuello de la botella; dicho casquete tiene un pico superior provisto de un diámetro reducido y a través del cual se descarga el licor, definiendo dicho casquete un espacio interno; una placa protectora situada en dicho espacio y que comprende un disco de diámetro predeterminado con respecto al diámetro del pico de servir, y lo suficientemente pequeño con respecto a ciertas superficies de casquete para permitir el flujo de licor entre las mismas cuando se inclina a la botella; medios para centrar a la placa protectora dentro de dicho espacio a fin de contribuir a proporcionar un volumen predeterminado en el casquete a cada lado del disco protector; y medios para limitar el movimiento de la bola en el receptáculo desde una posición asentada y una posición desasentada.
