Abstract

Envase para formar paquetes tubulares rectangulares, formados por un material laminar, provisto de un forro laminar interno, que se cierra mediante uso de un material laminado, formado por un soporte al que se adhiere la lámina con una superficie termoadhesiva y cuya lamina se fija al soporte mediante un revestimiento adhesivo (por ejemplo cera de baja viscosidad) que permite el desprendimiento de la lámina respecto al soporte mediante la aplicación de calor local, plegándose de la pieza en blanco para unir cara a cara dos áreas de la misma, al objeto de juntar las superficies laminares para formar el revestimiento requerido; aplicándose el suficiente calor para efectuar tal unión y para.desprender el revestimiento laminar, caracterizado porque se cierran primero temporalmente los paneles marcados y unidos del extremo del envase mediante plegado para formar escudetes laminares provistos de una prolongación de aleta, estando compuestos estos paneles marcados enteramente por la plancha laminada, y luego, mediante aplicación de calor a los paneles terminales, se sella termicamente el revestimiento laminar interno y también se desprende de la lámina exterior, que es entonces desplegada tras lo cual vuelven a plegarse las porciones desprendidas del soporte laminar para completar el cierre final.
