Abstract
Procedimiento para la concentración del ácido sulfúrico obtenido por la. descomposición del sulfato de sodio con ácido clorhídrico caracterizado :por el hecho de que se añade al ácido sulfúrico diluido o al agua un compuesto de azufre en forma de cloruro de azufre y por adición simultánea de cloro gaseoso introducido en la masa mantenida en agitación en un aparato de reacción el compuesto del azufre es oxidado por el. cloro que absorbiendo una cierta. cantidad de agua forma ácido sulfúrico y ácido clorhídrico dando como producto final. después de una agitación o batido al aire un ácido sulfúrico concentrado exento de ácido clorhídrico.
