Abstract

Un horno que tiene uno o más quemadores para proyectar corrientes de combustible dentro del horno caracterizado por un conducto que conduce a cada quemador y dimensionado para guiar combustible pulverizado al quemador en un volumen de aire portador mayor del deseado para la combustión eficaz en dicho quemador; por un concentrador en dicho conducto para separar una parte de dicho aire portador para reducir el contenido de aire de la corriente de combustible a un volumen destinado a la combustión eficiente en dicho quemador; por medios que conectan el concentrador con los quemadores para suministrarles combustible pulverizado arrastrado por el aire restante; por toberas situadas junto al quemador o quemadores para introducir corrientes de aire a alta velocidad en direcciones que induzcan un flujo de gases ardiendo junto a los chorros de combustible y mezcla de aire de dicho quemador o quemadores; por medios que conectan el concentrador con el horno en un lugar contiguo al quemador o quemadores y por toberas para suministrar al horno como aire secundario el volumen de aire en exceso separado de la corriente portadora de dicho concentrador.
