Abstract

Parrilla-asador, caracterizada por comprender una bandeja rectangular provista de una pluralidad de nervaduras transversales, en perfil de diente de sierra, dotadas de ventanas, situadas en el lateral recto de cada perfil, las cuales ponen en comunicación la parte inferior del asador con la zona superior de apoyo y asiento de la carne, al objeto de que la llama pase libremente a través de dichas escotaduras e incida directamente sobre la chuleta o similar a asar, en tanto que el conjunto de perfiles está delimitado perimetralmente por una acanaladura, cerrada lateral e inferiormente, que sirve de depósito de recogida del jugo creado en el asado, en evitación de derrames, goteos, humareda y suciedades, consiguiéndose así aprovechar integralmente dicho jugo para ulterior uso, habiéndose previsto un alojamiento en uno de los lados menores de la bandeja, que sirve de agarradero facilitando el manejo y transporte de la parrilla-asador.
