Protector de pletinas y sus empalmes, para líneas eléctricas, que se caracteriza en dotar a toda la longitud de la pletina, entre un empalme y el contiguo, de una envolvente de material plástico de forma semejante a la de la pletina y de dimensiones inferiores ligeramente mayores que las exteriores de la pletina, produciéndose la fijación de la envolvente mediante un orificio realizado en la propia envolvente que queda enfrentado con otro orificio producido en la pletina, por los que se atraviesa un pasador o similar.
