Abstract

Un procedimiento para la síntesis de éteres de vitamina Aque comprende hacer reaccionar un metaloderivado acetilénico de un compuesto del grupo consistente en un compuesto de la fórmula empírica C14H22O y que contiene el sistema **(Ver fórmula)** donde uno de los enlaces en las posiciones primera y tercera está unido a hidrógeno y los dos enlaces restantes en las posiciones 12 y 3 están enlazados entre átomos de carbono adyacentes y un compuesto de la fórmula general **(Ver fórmula)** donde cada R representa un miembro del grupo consistente en hidrógeno y un radical hidrocarburado con otro compuesto no similar de dicho grupo; y reduciren cualquier ordenel enlace acetilénico a un enlace etilénico y deshidratar el compuesto resultante.
