Abstract

Un molinillo para rallar y cortar tubérculos, legumbres y otros alimentos, constituido por un armazón determinativo de un mango (1) que por uno de sus extremos se extiende en forma de nervio semi-circular (7) del que parten dos patas fijas (2-2') dándose la circunstancia de ir asentada y fijada sobre el citado nervio, una cubeta sin fondo (3) en la que al estar montado el molinillo se colocan los alimentos a rallar o cortar y de ser el otro extremo del mango (1) sostén de una palanca presionado (4) que teniendo su eje de giro (5) montado en el extremo del referido mango, presenta en su otro extremo la placa presora (6) cuyo perfil se corresponde con el de la cubeta (3) pudiendo penetrar en ella hasta su fondo. El nervio semi-circular (7) citado, presenta en su parte inferior varias uñas (8) a propósito para sostener al disco de trabajo (9), de quita y pon, pero sin impedir su giro al dar vueltas a una manivela (10) sostenida por dos orejas (11-11') que en lugar a propósito lleva la cubeta (3), cual manivela presenta un escuadrado en su extremo inferior encajable con el agujero central (12) de un pequeño manguito montado en el centro del disco.
