Refuerzo para dentaduras postizas, caracterizado porque comprende una pletina metálica convenientemente curvada para adaptarla a la forma anatómica de las encías, y prevista para quedar alojada en el interior de la encía postiza, completa y/o parcial, por la parte posterior, determinando un alma metálica resistente en toda su longitud; dicha pletina está dotada de una pluralidad de orificios, preferentemente rasgados, así como de superficies ásperas al objeto de proporcionar una perfecta solidarización entre la materia acrílica de la encía en que queda embebida.
