Abstract

Un cojinete perfeccionado para ejes verticales, del tipo de fricción vertical, fabricado con material autolubricado metálico ó termoplástico especialmente rígido, dotado de una valona periférica exterior y caracterizado por poseer en la cara inferior de la valona, un anillo fundamentalmente de radio mayor que el orificio central del casquillo, facilitando una zona de fricción axial contra la valona del eje y permitiendo un amplio radio de unión entre el eje y la valona del mismo, para mayor refuerzo, determinando en la superficie interna una zona lisa y especialmente autolubricada, que recibe al eje vertical, realizado por estampación sin necesidad de ninguna mecanización posterior y retenido mediante una operación de aplanado exterior.
