Abstract

Freidora, caracterizada porque está constituida por un recipiente metálico de planta rectangular y provisto de la aleta periférica saliente en su borde superior, siendo el instrumento freidor propiamente dicho, y por un receptáculo metálico envolvente de anchura y longitud mayores que las de dicho recipiente, el cual apoya su aleta periférica sobre el borde superior del propio receptáculo, habiendo unos medios para el acoplamiento practicable entre ambos cuerpos, consistentes en una traba inferior compuesta por un puente unido al recipiente por su cara inferior y dispuesto entre los lados menores del fondo, con apoyo sobre el fondo del receptáculo envolvente, y por una plancha corredera que penetra en dicho receptáculo por una rendija inferior de su lado menor delantero, de modo que dicha corredera es desplazable manualmente en sentido longitudinal para insertarse dentro del citado puente para determinar el mencionado acoplamiento.
