Abstract

Mecanismo automático para pistoletes clavadores o engrapadores accionados neumáticamente, para expeler repetidamente grapas de acuerdo con un ritmo regulable, que comprende un cilindro en el cuerpo del pistolete y en la zona de expulsión del clavo, medios de accionamiento de dicho pistolete, un conducto de admisión para el aire comprimido al citado cilindro y un conducto de salida para el mismo desde dicho cilindro, un émbolo montado de forma deslizable en tal cilindro y accionado por el aire comprimido para expulsar grapas, una válvula que tiene un miembro de cierre con una base mayor y una base menor dispuestas para controlar el flujo de aire dentro y fuera del cilindro, caracterizada porque comprende además un espacio substancialmente anular dispuesto entre el cuerpo de pistolete y el cilindro y en comunicación con este último por medio de al menos dos aberturas separadas entre si por una distancia substancialmente igual a la dimensión axial del émbolo; un elemento de guía tubular substancialmente coaxial respecto a la válvula; un miembro obturador, movible en tal elemento tubular y provisto con una base mayor y una base menor; una primera cámara en comunicación con el espacio anular definido entre dichos elemento tubular y base mayor del miembro obturador, y un segundo espacio que está definido entre dicho elemento tabular, la base menor del miembro obturador y la base mayor del miembro de cierre de la válvula; un conducto de admisión para el aire comprimido en dicha segunda cámara, controlado por los medios de accionamiento del pistolete y susceptibles de intercepción por el miembro obturador; aberturas en la mentada segunda cámara, susceptibles de intercepción por dicho miembro de cierre de la válvula y que se comunican con un conducto de salida de aire comprimido, susceptible de intercepción por tal miembro obturador, y medios de regulación para el movimiento de este último.
