Abstract

Un procedimiento para producir a partir de madera dura pulpa al sulfito blanqueada en gran rendimiento por ejemplo de aproximadamente 50-60% referido al peso de la madera usada absolutamente seco y contenido de hemicelulosa correspondientemente elevado de al menos 30% y que posea propiedades de resistencia elevadas por ejemplo una resistencia a la tracción del orden de magnitud de 10.000*11.000 m. y un factor de reventamiento de 70 en el caso de de un grado de batido de 45ºSR y un brillo del al menos 80% G.E caracterizado porque la madera dura es digerida con líquido de cocción de bisulfito de calcio a una temperatura de aproximadamente 110ªC. durante el tiempo que se obtenga una pulpa que es desintegrada y sometida a un blanqueo en dos o más etapas usando dióxido de cloro o clorito como agente de blanqueo para el blanqueo final.
