Abstract

Extintor de incendios, del tipo que comprenden una cabeza dotada de boquilla pulverizadora y gatillo de accionamiento que actua sobre el vástago de la válvula de cierre y apertura, caracterizado porque el vástago de la válvula se prolonga por el interior del depósito del extintor a través del tubo o sifón de salida el cual, a su vez, queda alojado axialmente en una botella fijada por su extremo superior al depósito del extintor y cerrada inferiormente mediante un disco o tapa rompible, emergiendo el vástago citado del extremo inferior del sifón en una porción rematada en un percutor que queda enfrentado y próximo a la tapa o disco de la botella para conseguir su rotura al accionar el gatillo y con ello poner en comunicación el producto contenido en la botella con el del depósito del extintor, consiguiendo la reacción entre ambos para la producción de la espuma extintora que sale a través del sifón.
