EL ALTO VOLTAJE INDUCIDO EN LOS CONDUCTORES DE LA PRIMERA LINEA Y QUE ES CONSECUENCIA DE LA ALTA RADIACION ENERGETICA, QUE SE MANIFIESTA COMO UN PULSO, SE REDUCE EN ETAPAS A UN BAJO VOLTAJE RESIDUAL EN LOS CONDUCTORES DE LA SEGUNDA LINEA. ESTOS VOLTAJES INDUCIDOS SON CONSECUENCIA DE LA RADIACION ELECTROMAGNETICA Y SE REDUCEN FUERTEMENTE, DE TAL FORMA QUE LOS CONDUCTORES DE UNA DE LAS LINEAS NO OCASIONEN UNA RADIACION CORRESPONDIENTES. UN FILTRO LD, CON UNA O DOS SECCIONES T CONECTADAS EN CASCADA SE CONECTA ENTRE CADA PAR DE LOS CORRESPONDIENTES CONDUCTORES.
