SE PREPARA UREA FORMANDO UNA SOLUCION DE SINTESIS DE UREA QUE CONTIENE CARBAMATO, DESCOMPONIENDO UNA PORCION DEL CARBAMATO MEDIANTE TRATAMIENTO DE SEPARACION CO2, DESCOMPONIENDO OTRA PORCION DEL CARBAMATO EN AL MENOS DOS ETAPAS ADICIONALES, EN LA PRIMERA DE LAS CUALES SE MANTIENE UNA PRESION DE 12-30 BARES Y EN LA SEGUNDA UNA PRESION MAS BAJA, Y TRATANDO ULTERIORMENTE POR EVAPORACION LA SOLUCION RESTANTE. UNA PORCION DE LA SOLUCION DE UREA SE SEPARA CON CO2 MIENTRAS SE SUMINISTRA CALOR Y LA PORCION RESTANTE SE PONE EN CONTACTO A CONTRACORRIENTE CON CO2 EN CONDICIONES ADIABATICAS, CONDENSANDOSE LAS MEZCLAS GASEOSAS OBTENIDAS EN AMBAS OPERACIONES. LA SOLUCION OBTENIDA DURANTE EL TRATAMIENTO EN CONDICIONES ADIABATICAS SE SUMINISTRA A LA PRIMERA ETAPA DE DESCOMPOSICION ADICIONAL Y LA SOLUCION DE UREA SEPARADA SE LLEVA A LA SEGUNDA ETAPA DE DESCOMPOSICION ADICIONAL.
