Abstract

A plastic closure with guarantee band for a bottle, pref. of polypropylene, has a bottom part which is fixed to the bottle neck and has a raised central spout with a hole. Webs join a guarantee band to it over half the periphery. An integral film hinge joins it to the cap which has a central pin to suit the hole in the other part. A lug snaps into a slot.
