Abstract

PROCEDIMIENTO Y APARATO PARA ELIMINAR LOS OXIDOS DE AZUFRE DE UN GAS CONTENIENDO OXIDOS DE AZUFRE CON PRODUCCION SIMULTANEA DE SULFATO DE AMONIO. EL GAS CONTENIENDO OXIDOS DE AZUFRE SE INTRODUCE EN LA ZONA DE DEPURACION DE SULFATO DE AMONIO Y PASA A CONTRACORRIENTE RESPECTO A LAS GOTAS O A LA PULVERIZACION DE LICOR DE SULFATO DE AMONIO. EL LICOR DE SULFATO DE AMONIO ABSORBE EL OXIDO DE AZUFRE EN LAS ZONAS DE DEPURACION, Y EL LICOR QUE CONTIENE EL OXIDO DE AZUFRE ABSORBIDO SE ACUMULA EN EL DEPOSITO DE LICOR DE SULFATO DE AMONIO DONDE SE INTRODUCEN AMONIO ACUOSO EN LA ZONA DE NEUTRALIZACION Y UN GAS CONTENIENDO OXIGENO EN LA ZONA DE OXIDACION DE OXIDO DE AZUFRE. EL OXIDO DE AZUFRE SE SEPARA DEL SULFATO DE AMONIO QUE SE LLEVA A LA ZONA DE DEPURACION DE SULFATO DE AMONIO. EL SULFATO DE AMONIO PRODUCIDO SE RETIRA DE LA ZONA DE EXTRACCION DE PRODUCTO.
