Abstract
Liq. detergent compsns. comprise (a) 5-15wt.% of a Na linear 10-14C alkyl benzenesulphonate, (b) 7-20wt.% of a water-soluble ethoxylated 12-18C alcohol with 5-10 EO units, (c) 6-16wt.% of 12-18C satd. and/or unsatd. fatty acids in the form of a water-soluble soap, (d) 7-15wt.% of a 16-18C fatty acid diethanolamide derived from more than 50% mono-unsatd. acids, (e) 0.2-3wt.% of a polycarboxylic or polyphosphonic acid sequestrant and (f) 5-15wt.% of a water-miscible organic solvent, the balance being H2O. The (a):(b):(c):(d) ratio is 1:(1-2):(1-2):(1.5-2.5).
