MEDIANTE ESTA INVENCION, UN HALOSILANO, HALODISILANO O MEZCLA DE HALOSILANOS SE DESCOMPONE TERMICAMENTE EN FASE DE VAPOR EN PRESENCIA DE UN DISPOSITIVO CONDUCTOR DE LA LUZ PARA PRODUCIR UN REVESTIMIENTO HERMETICO SOBRE DICHO DISPOSITIVO.
