Abstract

The equipment consists of an unraveller, yarn tension regulating device and a winder. The tension device consists of two yarn-carrier rollers, between which is a gravity-supported third roller whose shaft ends can move in vertical guides. The unraveller and winder are operated by electromotor-brakes which are interconnected by a device controlling yarn tension any variation in which actuates the electromotors to restore the selected pre-set value.
