PROCEDIMIENTO DE OBTENCION DE UN MATERIAL COMPUESTO PARA COJINETES QUE COMPRENDE UNA MATRIZ METALICA DE POLVO SINTERIZADO DE PLOMO-BRONCE, PREALEADOS, SOPORTADA EN ACERO, EN DONDE LA PRIMERA ETAPA DE SINTERIZADO COMPRENDE UN CALENTAMIENTO POR INDUCCION DEL POLVO PREALEADO Y DEL SOPORTE DE ACERO A 650GC APROXIMADAMENTE Y UN SINTERIZADO POSTERIOR DE LOS MISMOS A TEMPERATURAS DE 850GC APROXIMADAMENTE EN UN SEGUNDO HORNO DE SINTERIZADO. SE OBTIENE ASI UN MATERIAL COMPUESTO PARA COJINETES QUE COMPRENDE PARTICULAS DE PLOMO CON UN TAMAÑO MEDIO INFERIOR A 8 MICRAS APROXIMADAMENTE Y EN DONDE NO ESTAN PRESENTES ISLAS DE PLOMO DE UN TAMAÑO SUPERIOR A 44 MICRAS APROXIMADAMENTE.
