SE DESCRIBE UNA INSTALACION PARA LA PRODUCCION AUTOMATICA DE TAPONES DE CORCHO AGLOMERADO A PARTIR DE UN MATERIAL GRANULAR, FORMADO POR CORCHO PREVIAMENTE MEZCLADO CON AGLUTINANTE, QUE SE CARGA SEGUN DOSIS PREESTABLECIDAS EN UN TREN DE MATRICES O ESTAMPAS CIRCULANTES AL INTERIOR DE UNA CAMARA EN LA QUE TIENE LUGAR LA POLIMERIZACION DEL AGLUTINANTE. EXTERIORMENTE A DICHA CAMARA ESTA DISPUESTA UNA ESTACION DE ENFRIAMIENTO DE LOS TAPONES AGLOMERADOS Y ESTAN PREVISTOS ORGANOS PARA DESCARGAR LOS TAPONES DEL TREN DE ESTAMPAS Y ALIMENTARLOS A LA ESTACION DE ENFRIAMIENTO QUE COMUNICA CON DICHA CAMARA. EL ENFRIAMIENTO DE LOS TAPONES SE PUEDE EFECTUAR CON AGUA O AIRE LIMPIO. EL TREN DE ESTAMPAS COMPRENDE UNA PLURALIDAD DE BLOQUES PORTA-ESTAMPAS, CADA UNO DE LOS CUALES TIENE DIMENSIONES VARIABLES.
