Abstract
In a device (6) for producing low temperatures for therapeutic use, two chemical substances (4, 5) are employed, specifically urea and water stained with a dyestuff. In order to be able to mix them at the correct time during use they are stored in two chambers (2, 3) of an impermeable bag (7) which has a closure member (1) in the centre between the two bag chambers (2, 3). When the closure member (1) is open an endothermic reaction is generated by mixing the substances (4, 5).
