Abstract
Instalación supletoria para cafeteras exprés consistentes en acoplar a las mismas en los tubos de vapor y agua que procedentes de su propia caldera van al cacillo de café mediante llaves de paso adecuadas que los independicen de aquéllos los tubos de vapor y agua de una instalación supletoria de pequeña capacidad constituída esencialmente por un calderín convenientemente calentado con cámara de vapor con válvula de seguridad manómetro de presión y salida independiente de vapor presentando asimismo una entrada de agua exterior que controlada por una llave de I)()SO permite al mismo tiempo el vaciado del calderín siendo las llaves de paso que regulan el cambio de instalación de la normal a la de reducida capacidad accionados conjuntamente o por separado.
