Abstract
The beverage brewing apparatus has a housing, the housing having an open-top container adapted to receive a quantity of water, the open-top container having an opening at the bottom for draining water by gravity. A puncturing device at the bottom of the open-top container punctures a water container, and a reservoir having a pair of openings below the open-top container receives water from the open-top container. - An electric heating appts. is associated with the reservoir for heating and transforming the water in the reservoir into steam, and a removable insert container receivable within the housing stores ingredients necessary to brew a beverage. A second conduit associated with the insert container and the other reservoir opening directs the steam from the reservoir to the beverage making ingredients.
